Shipping Documents Staff
Location: Head Office, Jakarta
- Bachelor degree in Transportation Management or any related major
- Has the experience in handling shipping documents export for at least 1 year, preferably in an export oriented company (on the shipper-side ), or in shipping line/freight forwarding company
- Has the experience in liaising with shipping line/freight forwarding/trucking company in relation to the preparation of export process
- Has good understanding on export process and procedure i.e on general pre and post export procedure or specific process and procedure using L/C (Letter of Credit); filling-in Custom Export Declaration (PEB – Pemberitahuan Export Barang); understand how to use third party interface such as INTTRA for booking arrangement, etc; preparation / revision documents for LPBC / KITE related on the export-side
- Possess good command of English (i.e regularly handle email communications in English)

Job Descriptions:
- Mempersiapkan dokumen-dokumen terkait keperluan pengajuan permohonan ekspor
- Melakukan proses pengajuan permohonan pengiriman barang ekspor kepada pihak Bea Cukai dan lembaga terkait, sesuai regulasi terkait
- Melakukan pemesanan jasa ekspedisi muatan kapal laut (EMKL) dan pelayaran atau forwarder sesuai ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan
- Melakukan koordinasi pelaksanaan pengambilan peti kemas, pemuatan barang ekspor dan penyerahan di pelabuhan dengan pihak-pihak terkait.
- Melakukan revisi / koreksi draft dokumen ekspor
- Menerbitkan dan melakukan proses pengesahan dokumen-dokumen ekspor guna keperluan transaksi barang dan pembayaran.
- Mempersiapkan dan memproses negosiasi dokumen baik melalui Bank maupun langsung pada pelanggan.
