Operational Vehicle Staff

Location: Head Office, Jakarta

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor the daily schedule of company vehicles and drivers.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and service history.
  • Ensure vehicle documents (STNK, KIR, insurance, etc.) are complete, updated, and renewed on time.
  • Coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance with internal workshops or external vendors.
  • Track and report vehicle operational costs, fuel usage, and maintenance expenses.
  • Process requisitions for vehicle use from departments and allocate accordingly.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in preparing reports for management on vehicle utilization, availability, and condition.
  • Support in the documentation of accidents, damages, and insurance claims.
  • Ensure proper filing and archiving of all related administrative documents.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum D3/S1 in Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative or fleet/logistics coordination roles.
  • Familiar with vehicle document management (STNK, KIR, insurance, etc.) and scheduling.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); familiarity with fleet management systems is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of basic automotive terms and maintenance is an advantage.
  • Honest, responsible, and disciplined in record-keeping and task execution.
