GT Award 2020

The GT Award 2020 is an event held by PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk to stimulate the spirit of improvement and innovation of its employee. This year's award takes the theme "Change and Grow in The New Normal" with a purpose to increase employee's enthusiasm in making improvement and innovation amidst the pandemic. 

The categories for this award are GT Innovaction Convention (best Quality Control Circle team), Digitalization Competition (technology innovation in the field of digitalization) and Best Plant (best performing Plant).

These are the winner for each category:

• GT Innovaction Convention: Abimanyu Team (Passenger Car Radial Plant)
• Digitalization Competition: Cofimix 2.0 Team (Engineering - Mixing Plant)
• Best Plant: Truck & Bus Radial Plant 

National Occupational Health and Safety Month 2020

Our company organized various competitions to enliven the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Month. Some of the competitions include Video Safety Instruction Competition, Fire Fighting & First Aid Contest, and also OHS Quiz. Besides that, we held OHS Social Experiment and Safety Riding Seminar. This series of events starts from January 13, 2020 to February 26, 2020. 

The theme for this event is "Optimizing the Autonomy of PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk Employees with Occupational Health and Safety Culture in the Information Technology-Based Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era." Through this event, we aim to increase the insight, concern and knowledge of employees regarding Occupational Health and Safety. 

E-Sport Competition: Mobile Legends

Our Mixing Center Plant conduct an e-sport competition, which is an online multiplayer video game competition. The theme for this competition is "Building Teamwork Among Employees Through E-Sport ". This competition is expected to be a new platform for employees to channel their new hobbies in a positive way and help build a better team work.

Umrah Program

PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk dispatched 6 of its employees to go for Umrah to the Holy Land of Mecca. This program has been running for 4 years as a substitute for the previously held hajj pilgrimage program.

Refreshing at Water Park

This year's Employee Gathering was held at Transera Water Park and dedicated to Factory and Proving Ground employees. To accommodate the large amount of participants, this event was held in several batch starting from 7 September 2019 to 10 October 2019. Through this event, we hope that employees could have fun with their families by participating in mini games, enjoying various attractions and playing interesting water rides. 117 lucky draw prizes were also provided for the participants.

GT In Action

On February 1st 2019 we arranged an Employee Gathering for our Head Office's employee. This annual event takes the theme "GT In Action", where employees can showcase their creative side by wearing costumes like the characters in their favorite films. Each employee can form a team to do art performances such as playing music, playing sitcom or dancing. The best performing team gets a prize. Door prizes are also provided for our lucky employees, one of which is a motorcycle. Through this event, we hoped that employees can unwind and stay in touch with one another.

Celebrating Indonesia's Independence Day Through Sports

In order to enliven the 74th Indonesian Independence Day, PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk held various sports competitions which were participated by employees in the Factory. Sports that can be participated in include soccer, futsal, basketball, volleyball, chess and many others.
