PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk participated in “Polban Career Expo 2016” which was held by Job Placement and Assesment Center of Politeknik Negeri Bandung. This Career Expo was held for three days and visited by 10.000 visitors, with total GT’s applicants was around 2.000 applicants. Engineering and R&D seem to become the most desirable positions by job seekers who interested to work at PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk.
PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk collaborated with ITB Career Center was held Campus Recruitment, which aimed at recruiting new graduates from Institute of Technology Bandung and other universities located around Bandung area. The activities were carried out over a full day and attracted enthusiastic job seekers. Most of the job seekers who participated in the event were from technical background and therefore mostly interested in Engineering and Research & Development position.
Unika Atma Jaya Job Fair 2016 was an event that organized by "Biro Kemahasiswaan, Alumni, dan Pembimbingan Karir Mahasiswa (BKAK) Unika Atma Jaya" to facilitate fresh graduates, alumni of Unika Atma Jaya, and the job seekers in Jakarta and surrounding areas as well. This event was held for two days, which was followed by 26 companies both national and multinational companies. The visitors could get more information about the company and interact directly with the HR of PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk.

This Career Expo was held for three days and visited by 11.000 visitors, with total GT’s applicants was around 1.800 applicants. R&D, Engineering and HSE seem to become the most desirable positions by job seekers who interested to work at PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk.
National Seminar And Career Development Days 2016 was an event that organized by BEM FE Tarumanegara University to facilitate fresh graduates, alumni of Tarumanegara University, and the job seekers in Jakarta and surrounding areas as well. In this event, the visitors could get more information about the company and interact with the HR of PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk.
PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk participated in “Bursa Karir ITS ke 30” which was held at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November Surabaya on 29-30 September 2015. It attracted the job seekers to get more information about PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk with the intention of joining the company. It was wonderful meeting so many of graduate students in Surabaya. We also held the selection process on 1-2 October 2015, which attended by participants from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November Surabaya and from universities around and outside Surabaya.
PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk supported The Ministry of Man Power and Imigration activity by participating in “Pameran Bursa Kerja Nasional ke 13” at JIExpo Kemayoran. It was held for two days and followed by 150 companies both national and multinational companies, around 15.000 job seekers came to this event. PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk participated in SGU Internship and Career Day 2015, which was held by Swiss German University on 27 May 2015. It was attracting job seekers to get more information about PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk with the intention of joining the company. In this event, we also held "sharing session" about Tire Manufacturing and R&D Technology. Our Recruitment Manager (Yunita Rhapsody), R&D Senior Manager (Singgih Gunarsa), and Assistant Manager of R&D Tire Research (Widi Yansen) delivered presentation and Q&A session to answered question from students and attendances.
PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk collaborated with Maranatha Student Career and Counseling held “Campus Recruitment” on 15 April 2015. The activities were carried out over a full day and attracted enthusiastic of job seekers. Most of the job seekers who participated in the event were from technical background and therefore mostly interested in Engineering positions as well as in Research & Development.
Along with the development of PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk and expanding our bussiness, we have participated in PMBS Career Day 49 to give more information about the company by interacting with the students directly.
